Why and what data does FTI collect?
You will be required to provide us with your name and email address as part of the registration process for N-Site. FTI is the controller of such personal data.
Whenever we process your personal data, we rely on a specific lawful basis. The processing of your personal data for the purpose of managing your subscription to N-Site will be justified on the basis that FTI has a legitimate interest in controlling who has access to N-Site as there are controls around who can access N-Site and how the content of the site can be used. Only authorised users should have access. It is necessary to collect some limited personal data to do this, and doing so does not unduly prejudice your interests, fundamental rights or freedoms.
We may also process your personal data for marketing purposes to send you insights, information, materials and invites relating to the services of FTI and/or other N-Site panel members. We consider that we have a legitimate interest to use your personal data for these marketing purposes considering your interest in N-Site, the materials published on the site and the connection with related services that we and other N-Site panel members offer.
