Berta has worked as a talent acquisition and HR Business partner since 2011. Recently relocated to Switzerland from Spain, her background goes over all the different levels of the recruitment processes, new hiring strategies design, and among others, the improvement of employee engagement and performance management. Before joining VirdisGroup, she has worked in different industries/businesses, mainly building a solid relationship with the internal and external clients. She has a strategic way of thinking and a strong commitment to help companies acheive their targets. Berta has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the EAE Business School, a double degree in Political Science and Work Science and has a diploma in Postgraduate Program of People Analytics.
