Amanda Ebbutt
Senior Associate
Amanda is a Senior Associate in Taylor Wessing’s London office with expertise in the life sciences, healthcare and technology sectors. Amanda has extensive UK patent litigation experience and has represented clients in high value UK patent actions in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. She regularly advises on European litigation strategy and has experience co-ordinating parallel proceedings for clients.
Amanda also advises clients on transactional and non-contentious matters, such as licence agreements, M&A and joint ventures.
Amanda has degrees in Law and Drug Design & Development from the University of Queensland and a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from the University of Oxford. She is also qualified as a solicitor in New South Wales, Australia.
